Even if you've never watched the television programs, The Bachelorette or The Bachelor, I'm sure many of your students have. These popular programs are a pretty accurate picture of where many of our romantic relationships, "go south." I love the quote from Erich Fromm who said, “There is hardly any activity or endeavor which is STARTED with such great HOPE and EXPECTATION...and yet still FAILS AS REGULARLY...as LOVE.” Isn't that true?

With a fun skit we called, "The Bachelorette: Capitol Edition," we look at the world's view of dating and compare it with God's design for lasting relationships and love. As I've often said, "Dating really is dress rehearsal for Marriage."
