In Of God and Men, A.W. Tozer said, "Those first disciples burned with a steady, inward fire. They were enthusiastic to the point of complete abandon." Wow! I don't know about you, but I hunger for those words to one day be said of me. In truth, however, there are times my "inward fire" doesn't feel so steady and I become susceptible to falling into the abyss of "mediocrity."
